WHICH SKIN TYPES ARE REVU PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR?
All revu products are developed in partnership with chemists. They are primarily formulated for SENSITIVE skin types, which means, as a result, they are suitable for all skin types 🧚. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page and for any concerns, we recommend conducting a patch test or sharing our ingredient list with your healthcare provider before usage.
ARE REVU SKIN PRODUCTS VEGAN OR CRUELTY FREE?
Yes. All revu products are vegan, cruelty-free, and certified by Leaping Bunny.
ARE REVU SKIN PRODUCTS NUT FREE?
Some of our products contain nut and seed oils and we work to fully convey this ingredient information through the ingredient list on our packaging and our website in accordance with applicable local regulations. Additionally, our products are manufactured in a facility that also processes products that contain nuts, so there is a possibility of cross-contamination (including tree nuts).
Common nut, seed and other allergens like coconut are listed below by product. However, you are advised to review the full ingredient listings for each product before purchase and use, which can be found on our website by using the links below.

ARE ALL REVU SKINCARE PRODUCTS FRAGRANCE FREE?
Yes, all revu products are made without nasties such as fragrance or perfume.
ARE REVU SKINCARE PRODUCTS PREGNANCY SAFE?
Though nothing in our formula has been identified as unsafe for pregnant or breastfeeding persons, we recommend sharing our ingredient list with your providers for review before usage.
ARE REVU SKINCARE PRODUCTS CLEAN?
revu products are formulated with high global standards. Though we are direct-to-consumer, our ingredient lists are in line with the clean standards specified by third-party retailers such as Sephora and Liberty.
ARE REVU SKINCARE PRODUCTS PARABEN- AND SULFATE-FREE?
Yes, and we wouldn’t have it any other way. We’re free of parabens, sulfates, and over 1350+ questionable ingredients. Check out more on our clean philosophy on our About page.
WHAT IF A REVU PRODUCT DOESN'T WORK FOR ME?
Email our team at hello@revuskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions.
DO YOU OFFER A RECYCLING PROGRAM OR INCENTIVE?
Yes—you can ship back at least 3 empty products if you'd like us to recycle them for you, and as a thank you for your contribution towards sustainable skincare you'll receive a 10% discount towards your next order. Email hello@revuskin.com for a complimentary shipping label.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
We process and ship orders M-F, excluding holidays. Most orders placed before 12 PM GMT will ship same day. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping. Your order may take longer to ship if we're experiencing high order volume. You’ll get a notification and tracking number via email when a tracking number has been created. It may take a few hours for tracking to show updates after a label has been created, depending on the carrier.
On average, UK orders are delivered within 3-4 business days after fulfillment, sometimes sooner. Orders may take up to 2-3 business days to process before shipping.
Orders to Europe generally arrive within 7-9 business days for most countries but can take longer depending on the country. Please review our EU-specific shipping FAQ for estimated transit times for each country.
We are not responsible for any delays with carrier transit times.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Standard Shipping to the United Kingdom costs £4 on all orders under £40 and arrives within 3-4 business days (see DO YOU SHIP TO UNITED KINGDOM FAQ for more details by country). We offer free shipping on orders to the UK over £40.
Standard Shipping to Europe costs €8 on all orders under €70 and arrives within 7-9 business days (see DO YOU SHIP TO EUROPE FAQ for more details by country). We offer free shipping on orders to the EU over €70. Express shipping is available to France & Germany for €16 and delivers in 3-4 business days (not including processing time).

Yes! We offer shipping to all countries in the United Kingdom. We offer shipping to all countries in the UK. Standard Shipping arrives on average within 3-4 business days and costs £4 on all orders under £40. We offer free shipping on orders to the UK over £40.

DO YOU SHIP TO THE USA AND CANADA?
No
DO I NEED TO PAY FOR DUTIES OR TAXES?
For the United Kingdom and Europe, both duties and VAT are covered in the cost of your shipment—you will not need to pay duties or clearance on any shipments to the UK or Europe.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time we only ship within the United Kingdom and select European countries (France, Germany, Italy, Spain & Ireland). We’re aiming to be available in additional countries in the future! Sign up for our mailing list at the bottom of our website to be notified when shipping to your country becomes available.
Please note: We do not support the use of freight forwarders. If you choose to place an order using a freight forwarder or third party international shipping service for packages to arrive to a country where we currently do not ship, we cannot guarantee any goods in your order will arrive properly, on time, or without potential damage. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivering to a freight forwarder or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations.
WHERE CAN I BUY REVU IN PERSON?
We currently ship to the following locations: United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Ireland and Spain. At this time, we do not have any physical locations where you can buy revu—but please subscribe to our email and SMS list to get further updates on brand launches and news.
HOW DO I CHANGE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, we cannot update the address on an order after it has been placed. Our team can attempt to cancel it, but please know we cannot guarantee order cancellations at this time.
In the event that your order is returned to us, we are happy to reship it or provide a refund. However, we cannot refund or replace orders that have been delivered to the address originally provided.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY ORDER?
You can view your order status on your Account page which is updated as soon as your payment is processed and when your order ships.

WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We currently accept all major credit cards (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa) in addition to PayPal and Apple Pay. Installments are available through Clearpay in the UK, subject to approval.
WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is processed.
CAN I REMOVE A SAVED PAYMENT METHOD?
Yes, just select Manage Payment Methods in checkout. Next to a payment method, click Edit or Remove.
I CAN'T LOGIN/FORGOT MY PASSWORD!
No problem, just select the prompt to reset it and save it for next time.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?
As a new brand, we have a limited amount of inventory available for customers to purchase. To ensure access to our products, our fraud system may cancel orders from customers attempting to rapidly purchase within a short duration, to protect all parties. It’s in violation of our terms and conditions to create multiple accounts in order to place orders.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Email our team at hello@revuskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we’ll assist you with any returns or questions. Please note that returns are only accepted if the product is unopened and unused. To ensure this, we will verify the product's net weight upon return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL RETURNS?
Orders placed directly to select European countries (France, Germany, Ireland, Italy & Spain) from revu.uk are eligible for returns. To start the return process, email our team at hello@revuskin.com (please include your order number) within 30 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you out ASAP with any returns and additional questions. Note: original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note: we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping for any international orders.
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for any items delivered to a freight forwarder to international locations or shipment locations other than our approved list of destinations (UK and the countries in Europe we ship to directly).
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER?
Our fulfillment center begins processing orders quickly so we aren’t able to accommodate changes to most orders. Please contact our team immediately at hello@revuskin.com with your order info and we will do our best to address your cancellation request, but cannot guarantee any changes can be made after an order is placed. During times of high order volume we are unable to cancel or edit orders. We are not responsible for any address errors or order delays after your package leaves our facility.
